EZ Payment Plans

Sairalyn’s Studio offers both 6 and 12 month payment programs on our Website Design Services. If you participate in the EZ Payment Plan, the following Program Terms apply.

Terms:

  1. BILLING AND PAYMENT METHOD. When you supply us with a credit card (“Payment Method”) in connection with the “EZ Payment Plan” ,you authorize us to bill your Payment Method pursuant to these EZ Payment Plan Terms for any and all charges and fees you incur in connection with that Program, including recurring payments. The types of Payment Methods that we accept and the timing of the billing of the charges and fees may vary according to the Program; however, we do not knowingly accept debit cards and you should not provide a debit card as a form of payment. The terms of your Payment Method are determined by an agreement(s) between you and your financial institution. Payments are billed in either 6 or 12 equal monthly payments and will be billed when the initial website is approved by the client. The recurring payments will be billed on the same date thereafter until the balance is paid in full.
  2. AUTHORIZATION. You agree to keep your Payment Method information on file with us current (such as your address, card or account number, and expiration date, if any), and you also authorize us to update your Payment Method information with data we obtain from your financial institution, the issuer of your credit card or charge card, or from MasterCard or Visa. You authorize us to retain your Payment Method information until such time as you revoke this authorization in accordance with procedures prescribed by us. Any revocation by you of this authorization shall become effective: (a) if your Payment Method is a credit or charge card, when all charges and fees associated with your use of the Programs have been fully satisfied,
  3. Available Payment Terms. Sairalyn’s Studio offers both a 6 and 12 month payment plan for our Website Design Services.
  4. Domain Requirements. A new domain will be registered and held by Sairalyn’s Studio until payment terms have been met. A previously registered domain must be transferred or pointed to Sairalyn’s Studio’s hosting provider before becoming eligible for our EZ payment Program. Once the transfer is complete the domain will be held by Sairalyn’s Studio until payment terms have been met. The domain registration, hosting and transfer costs are built in to the maintenance program and will be hosted by 1and1.com.
  5. Maintenance Packages. Clients must be enrolled in one of the maintenance packages while enrolled in a payment program. Maintenance Package costs will be added to the Website Design costs and divided into either 6 or 12 equal monthly payments.
  6. Delinquent Payment. Sairalyn’s Studio reserves the right to terminate the website hosting if payment is delinquent. All Website files will be removed from our servers and archived until payment is made in full.
